Eligible return or exchange requests may be made within 30 business days after delivery. Contact us before returning your assisted ab trainer and include your order number and the reason for the request.

For damage or an incorrect item, include photographs when available. We will review the request and provide instructions. Keep the equipment and any included components together.

Return shipping

We pay return shipping for eligible returns; use the return method supplied by our team.

Refunds and exchanges

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit. Exchange availability will be discussed when you contact us.
