Processing and delivery

Orders generally take 1-2 business days to process. Estimated transit is 4-6 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; carrier delays, weather and address issues may affect delivery.

Address changes and tracking

Check the delivery address at checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error, as a change may not be possible after dispatch. Tracking information is provided when available.

Delivery problems

If your assisted ab trainer arrives damaged or is missing, contact us with the order number and any useful photographs so we can investigate.
